Erja Leppänen appointed Office Assistant

Audico's new office assistant Erja "Ekku" Leppänen started on 24.1.2022.  His main task is to be responsible for the visitor experience by taking care of the lobby services of Audico's Espoo office, the telephone switchboard and the comfort of the customer premises. In addition to lobby services, the duties of an office assistant include assisting financial management tasks, which are performed from the lobby in addition to other duties.

Here's Eku's greetings to Audico employees:

"I'm Erja, but I'm known as Ekku. I am married and live in Kopparnäs, Degerby. I have two already grown daughters, Petra and Salla. Salla made me grandma to her child Aurora a year ago, and that's almost the best title I've ever had.

I have worked in the office world for almost my entire career. Most recently, I worked in an office in Olarinluoma, Oy Carbonex Ab. Customer service by phone, as well as by email, has always been part of the picture of my work. Various office tasks are also carried out with poise and firmness. Cheerfulness, work ethic and service genes are my strengths!

I previously worked as a receptionist at Hotel Långvik in Kirkkonummi, Denmark.

My hobbies are spinning, off-road filling, hiking and outdoor activities. Occasionally, I wear silver jewelry. Home and decorating it is also an important hobby for me. There is plenty to do in a detached house, and that's only a positive thing.

It's nice to come up with new challenges, and I can't wait to see you all soon! Fun!
